BetaNXT Partners with Wealth Tech Provider Provable Markets  

BetaNXT, a wealth management technology provider, has partnered with New York-based broker-dealer and alternative trading system Provable Markets to provide “real-time” integrated solutions for clients through its platform. 

The partnership will allow various financial services firms direct access to Provable’s securities lending platform.

Provable Markets offers post-trade solutions, front-to-back trade, and life-cycle management for cleared and uncleared securities financing transactions, delivering execution optimization, cost reduction, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation across the value chain, according to its website. 

In May, BetaNXT acquired Delta Data, a global investment fund solutions firm, to enhance its suite of capabilities, including trade management, mutual fund sub-accounting, revenue management, transfer agent functionality, fee management, and compliance tools for asset managers.
