Berkeley Partners Closes $610.5M Sixth Value Industrial Fund
Berkeley Partners, a private equity real estate investment manager focused exclusively on light industrial assets, held the final close of its Value Industrial Fund VI, L.P., raising $610.5 million in equity commitments including sidecar capital. The vehicle exceeded its original $500 million target.
Fund VI, a closed-end commingled vehicle, will target infill light industrial properties across select U.S. markets where smaller-bay product is critical to tenant operations and local economies. The fund is already over 30% deployed, with Berkeley Partners assembling a seed portfolio during the fundraising process.
“We are grateful to our limited partners for their conviction and trust in Berkeley Partners,” said Aaron Snegg, Founding Partner. “Their support reflects the confidence we’ve earned through our disciplined investment thesis, our track record in the light industrial sector, and the long-term relationships we have built with our investors.”
Founded in 2005, Berkeley Partners owns and operates more than 11 million square feet across 14 markets nationwide. The firm is headquartered in the Bay Area, with additional offices in Dallas and Boston, and property management offices in Denver, Dedham, Massachusetts, and Alpharetta, Georgia.
