BC Partners Acquires Majority Stake in ABM Platform Madison Logic
Investment firm BC Partners has acquired a majority stake in the business-to-business digital Account Based Marketing (ABM) services provider Madison Logic from New York-based middle-market private equity firm Clarion Capital Partners.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Existing shareholders including CEO Tom O’Regan and cofounders Vin Turk and Erik Matlick, along with Clarion, will maintain ownership stakes in the New York-based company.
“With the active support of the Clarion team, Madison Logic has grown substantially and established its leadership position in the market,” said O’Regan, adding that the company will continue its “very ambitious growth path” with BC partners.
Madison includes Amazon, Cisco, Meta Platforms, Alphabet, Microsoft and Adobe as some of its clients, according to its website.
LUMA Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to BC Partners, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP acted as legal counsel.
Madison Logic and Clarion Capital Partners were advised by William Blair as lead financial advisors and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP as legal counsel.
