Ashton Thomas Private Wealth Adds $460M Pinnacle Peak Private Client Group

Ashton Thomas Private Wealth, an Arax Investment Partners firm, has acquired Arizona-based Pinnacle Peak Private Client Group, which oversees $460 million in assets under management. 

Scottsdale, AZ-based Pinnacle Peak Private Client Group, founded in 2016, offers “personalized” portfolio management and financial planning-related services to high-net-worth clients, including families, business owners, and charitable organizations. 

As part of the transaction, multiple members of the Pinnacle Peak Private Client Group team have joined Ashton Thomas, including partners and private wealth advisors Brian Jack and Matt Figueroa, wealth advisors Ron Burns and Tyler Soria, and private wealth client service associates Teresa Flores and Shay Figueroa.

Ashton Thomas’ recent addition marks Arax’s third acquisition for the year and will operate as the Pinnacle Peak Private Wealth Team within the Ashton Thomas division. 

Recently, Arax Investment Partners acquired Cleveland, OH-based GFP Private Wealth, which manages about $1.5 billion in assets under management. 

Scottsdale, AZ–based Ashton Thomas Private Wealth, which was founded in 2010 and acquired in 2023 by Arax Investment Partners, manages $4 billion in assets under management across 6,733 accounts, according to its latest Form ADV updated in February.
