Anthropic, Blackstone and Partners Launch AI-Native Enterprise Services Firm
Anthropic has partnered with Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman and Goldman Sachs to launch a new AI-native enterprise services company designed to accelerate adoption of its Claude platform across corporate operations.
The standalone entity will embed Anthropic’s engineering and partnership resources directly within its team, enabling companies to integrate AI more deeply into core workflows. The initiative is backed by a broader consortium of alternative asset managers, including General Atlantic, Leonard Green & Partners, Apollo Global Management, GIC and Sequoia Capital.
“Enterprise demand for Claude is significantly outpacing any single delivery model,” said Krishna Rao. “Our partnerships with the world’s leading systems integrators are central to how Claude reaches large enterprises.”
The new firm will initially focus on deploying AI solutions across the portfolios of its sponsoring investors, while also targeting independent mid-sized companies seeking to modernize operations through AI integration.
“We intend to build a scaled, world-class company to deploy Anthropic’s incredible technology across a range of businesses in our portfolio and beyond,” said Jon Gray. “We believe it can help break down one of the most significant bottlenecks to enterprise AI adoption.”
The launch comes as Anthropic evaluates a potential capital raise that could value the company above $900 billion.
