Antarctica Capital Integrates Allegiant to Expand Real Estate Platform
Antarctica Capital is expanding its real estate capabilities through the integration of Allegiant Real Estate Capital, forming a unified platform designed to scale investment, lending and capital markets activity across commercial real estate.
The combined entity has advised on and invested more than $1 billion in real estate-related transactions over the past three years. The integration brings together Allegiant’s expertise in structured finance and debt investing with Antarctica’s broader asset management platform, creating a more flexible and capital-efficient operating model.
Randy Reiff will lead the new platform as head of Antarctica Real Estate Partners, overseeing investment strategy and origination efforts across equity and credit opportunities.
“Together with the Antarctica team, we’ve built a best-in-class real estate platform,” said Randy Reiff. “This integration builds on that foundation, combining our real estate, lending and capital markets expertise with Antarctica’s scaled asset management program and substantial capital base, adding greater scale and flexibility as we continue executing on opportunities across the real estate sector.”
Allegiant specializes in commercial real estate lending and structured finance, with a focus on originating and managing diversified credit investments and delivering capital markets solutions across property sectors.
