Americana Partners Acquires California RIA for Billionaires, UHNW Clients
Americana Partners has acquired Boulevard Family Wealth, a California-based wealth management firm catering to ultra-high-net-worth clients. The acquisition represents Americana’s initial expansion beyond Texas and its first deal of 2025, resulting in a $12 billion registered investment advisor (RIA) platform.
The Boulevard team, experts in crafting investment strategies, institutional lending services, tax-advantaged wealth planning, and tailored insurance solutions exclusively for billionaires and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families, will now function under the Americana Partners brand.
“By joining forces, we are creating the ideal firm for Southern California’s wealthiest families—one that offers unparalleled expertise, bespoke financial solutions, and a level of holistic advice that sets a new industry standard,” said Matt Celenza, founder of Boulevard Family Wealth.
Americana Partners CEO and partner Jason Fertitta added: “This is an important milestone for our firm, and it further establishes our commitment to enhancing the level of service and resources available to the most successful entrepreneurs, executives and business owners.”
Last October, Houston-based Americana Partners, which has more than $10 billion in assets under management, received a strategic investment with funds managed by Lovell Minnick Partners LLC, a private equity firm focused on high-growth, middle market services, and technology companies.
Piper Sandler was the exclusive investment banker for Americana Partners in this transaction.
