Alvarez & Marsal Unveils UHNW Service
Alvarez & Marsal, Inc. launched A&M Private Wealth Partners (AMPWP), a registered investment advisor (RIA) established as an independent affiliate of Alvarez & Marsal (A&M). AMPWP will provide family office services to entrepreneurs, multi-generational families, and financial sponsor principals.
Despite a “saturated” RIA market, many firms “remain sales-oriented and lack the comprehensive resources” to meet the needs of ultra-high-net-worth families, said Tony Alvarez II, Co-CEO of A&M.
The founding team of AMPWP includes Peter Sacripanti, Chairman of AMPWP; Michael Calkin, AMPWP Practice Lead; Jonathan Fitzgerald, head AMPWP’s wealth planning division; Michael Murgio, CIO; Takuya (Taki) Kisaka, head of fixed income team; John Ralls, head of business development efforts; and Joseph Berardino, senior advisor.
“Our vision at A&M Private Wealth Partners is to elevate the wealth management experience for ultra-high-net-worth clients,” said Sacripanti, who played a key role in the AMPWP formation.
AMPWP launches with a team of 20 members, including seven partners, and will operate from its headquarters in West Palm Beach, FL, with additional offices in NYC, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.
