AlphaCore Buys $420M San Diego FA Practice
AlphaCore Wealth Advisory, an RIA managing $3.8 billion for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, has acquired enTrust Wealth Advisors, an RIA with over $420 million in assets under advisement. This acquisition enhances AlphaCore’s presence in Southern California.
Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025, were not disclosed.
Founded in 2018 by Michael Crawford and Daniel Conners, San Diego-based enTrust Wealth Advisors provides wealth management services to individuals, families, and entrepreneurs. Following the acquisition, Crawford and Conners will join La Jolla-based AlphaCore as principals and senior wealth advisors, along with their team members: Tara Dekel, Gillian Vapnek, and Brennan Cobb.
This announcement follows Constellation Wealth Capital-backed AlphaCore’s recent merger with All Season Financial Advisors in Denver, CO.
