Allvue Systems Rolls Out Private Equity AI Agent Tool
Allvue Systems, an investment management technology solutions provider, has launched an artificial intelligence-backed knowledge agent, dubbed “Andi,” targeted for fund accounting.
Andi is accessible to fund administration and private equity professionals through its fund accounting platform, and the search engine extension is available on browsers such as Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
The platform provides “real-time” intelligence, which aims to enhance the user experience. Additionally, the platform will assist users with navigating workflows, which include “capital calls, equity pickups, issuer and security setup, fund permissions, and vendor payment applications,” the organization said.
The implementation is part of Allvue’s approach to integrating artificial intelligence across its platform, as the private equity sector is looking to invest in technologies, given the environment’s response to market volatility.
“Andi combines simplicity with robust security to ensure private equity professionals have trusted access to AI-powered workflow navigation assistance,” Frank Vesce, chief information security officer at Allvue Systems, said. “Client data remains protected at every interaction, processed entirely in-memory without retention, and is never leveraged for training foundational AI models.”
Andi’s launch comes as the industry is experiencing a wider shift from operational models to automation, which is backed by generative artificial intelligence, and as more private equity firms plan to increase their usage of AI.
In May, Allvue launched its Agentic AI platform, the first agentic AI solution specifically designed for the alternatives market, which is aimed at integrating intelligent workflow automation with contextual insights, enabling investment professionals to make more informed decisions with greater speed and precision.
