Bluewave Technology Group, a technology advisory firm, is acquiring Longwood, FL-based consulting firm TruPoint Technology Solutions. CA-based Bluewave stated that it’s acquiring TruPoint because of the firm’s expertise and services in cloud-based communication solutions within the healthcare, financial services, legal, and real estate sectors.

This move allows us to add enhanced value and tap into expanded resources—all while continuing to deliver the honest, personalized service our clients have come to rely on.” 

TruPoint, launched in 2009, said Berardi will join Bluewave as Managing Partner. With Bluewave’s acquisition of TruPoint, Berardi said clients will be able to experience a broader portfolio of providers and tailored assistance for M&A integration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. 

In April, Bluewave acquired ApexIQ, formerly known as Endpnt.io, in an effort to offer market resources to technology advisors.
