ADISA Conference Insights: Investment Strategies in a Market Reversal (VIDEO)
The ongoing market reversal has led to general recalibration of investment strategies. At the recent ADISA conference, Connect CRE asked industry leaders what their investment strategies have been during this market reversal and how they’re positioning clients for the long term.
“The market reversal has actually worked in our favor,” said Gary Bechtel, CEO of Red Oak Capital Holdings. “The more traditional lending sources have retrenched in the market and gotten more conservative. We’ve seen much more deal flow.”
