ADISA Conference Insights: Investing in Real Estate, Infrastructure (VIDEO – Part 2)

At the recent ADISA conference in Las Vegas, Connect Money asked industry leaders if there are any alternative investments, particularly in the real estate or infrastructure sectors, they recommend that could help take advantage of the current uncertainty surrounding the macroeconomic landscape amid a “higher for longer” interest rate environment.

“I think there’s a significant amount of infrastructure that needs to be done in the energy part of the cycle. I don’t think it’s traditional fossil fuels. There’s an immense amount of infrastructure needed surrounding renewables,” noted Matthew Iak, Executive Vice President of U.S. Energy Development Corporation and ADISA Board Director.

You’ll also hear from Geoff Flahardy, President of BD and RIA at ExchangeRight Real Estate, about the firm’s focus of both asset class choice and overall investment strategy.
