$732M Walkner Condon Financial Advisors Acquires King Financial
Walkner Condon Financial Advisors, a registered investment advisory firm, has acquired Verona, WI-based King Financial Group, marking Walkner Condon’s third wealth firm acquisition in the Madison-area.
King Financial is led by financial advisors Andrew Klein and Andy King and is joined by client service specialist Regan Miller. The team joined the RIA on June 16, and all members will remain in their current positions, a Walkner Condon spokesperson told Connect Money.
“Joining Walkner Condon is a wonderful opportunity,” King said. “As I navigated this decision, it was critical to find a team that shared my values and unwavering commitment to putting clients first. Nate and Clint exemplify that.”
King brings more than 30 years of wealth management experience to Walkner Condon Financial, 15 of those years were spent leading King Financial.
King Financial, which launched in 2011, offers financial planning, investment management, and wealth and administrative services to U.S. and international high-net-worth clients, according to its website.
Walkner Condon Financial oversees more than $732 million in assets under management, across 2,556 accounts, according to its latest Form ADV.
