$415M Delaware Team from PNC Moves to LPL
LPL Financial announced that financial advisors Chris Mukoda, Brad Travis, Jr., and David Crouse have joined the firm’s broker-dealer, RIA, and custodial platforms, partnering with Momentum Wealth Partners, an existing firm that supports LPL-affiliated advisors.
The team, which has over 75 years of combined financial services expertise, established Sussex Wealth Partners, an independent financial practice in the Sussex County town of Lewes, DE. They reported serving approximately $415 million in advisory, brokerage and retirement plan assets, and joined LPL from PNC Investments.
“Our clients range from farmers, professionals, retirees and regular working people, and our goal is to provide each of them with a personal and tailored experience designed to help them meet their financial objectives,” said Mukoda.
The team spent more than a year researching firms and doing their due diligence before selecting LPL and Momentum as the best fit for their business goals.
One thing I’m especially excited about is the content provided by LPL’s Research Team. Every piece is insightful and interesting, and I really enjoy sharing relevant articles with my clients. It’s just one more way LPL is helping us take our client experience to the next level,” added Mukoda.
LPL serves over 22,000 financial advisors, including advisors at approximately 1,100 institutions and at approximately 570 RIA firms nationwide.
The announcement follows two LPL deals struck earlier this month, including the addition of financial advisors Greg Mullaney, Colleen Kelly Abate and Peter Pagano, who manage $300 million in client assets at Louisville, KY-based Somnio Wealth.
LPL also inked a deal with Brick, NJ-based financial advisors Erick Simonds, Eugene Sninski, II, and Lisa Sninski of Windward Wealth Advisors, who manage $250 million in client assets.
