$1.1B Wealth Manager Joins RBC Wealth from UBS
RBC Wealth Management – U.S. has recruited The Centennial Wealth Management Group, a nine-member team managing approximately $1.1 billion in client assets, to open a new branch in Purchase, NY, in Westchester County. The group joins from UBS and serves a high-net-worth client base that includes professional athletes, medical professionals, entrepreneurs, and business executives.
The team is led by Managing Directors Glenn R. Bianco and Michael G. Daly, alongside George P. Kanas, SVP and senior portfolio manager – portfolio focus; Marisa Bianco, First VP – financial advisor; Marc N. Colamaria, First VP and portfolio manager – portfolio focus; Benjamin O. Kanas, senior financial associate; Deirdre Joyce, senior business associate; and senior registered client associates Veronica Casanova and Henriette O’Connor.
“The Centennial Wealth Management Group, formerly one of UBS’s elite teams, has helped clients through four recessions, a pandemic and several market corrections,” said John Moran, New York Metro Complex Director at RBC. “This team is skilled at navigating various aspects of wealth planning, and we are excited they decided to join RBC Wealth Management.”
The move follows RBC’s September 2024 addition of the Atlanta-based 770 Group, which managed $2.8 billion in assets, as the firm continues to build its U.S. wealth management footprint through the recruitment of top-tier advisor teams.
