Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The team of seven will continue to be led by managing director and wealth advisor, Mark Stinson.
FAI cited “cultural alignment, planning emphasis, investment philosophy and growth aspirations” as reasons for the decision to partner with Carson.
“Throughout our due diligence process, it became clear that the firm not only shares our unwavering commitment for always putting clients first, but also our passion for being at the forefront of the wealth management profession,” said Stinson.
As per the deal, FAI Wealth Management will rebrand as Carson Wealth.
Founded in 1983 by Ron Carson and headquartered in Omaha, NE, Carson Group serves financial advisors and investors through its three businesses — Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching, and Carson Partners. The firm manages $30 billion in assets.
