NXSTEP Raises Over $100M for Inaugural Fund Focused on Real Estate Businesses
NXSTEP Opportunity Partners, a real estate-focused private equity fund, recently announced it raised over $100 million for its debut fund, exceeding its initial target.
The fund’s strategy will pursue investments spanning self-development, third party development, interim and pursuit capital, and real estate-linked businesses with a focus on Central Texas, according to the firm.
