Monroe Capital Bolsters Tech Finance Group with MD Hire

Jeff Kaye was hired as managing director by Monroe Capital LLC, a boutique asset management firm focused on private credit markets across various strategies.

Kaye will help the firm expand its technology finance originations group, with responsibilities for originating, structuring and executing new investments within the software and technology sector.

Prior to joining Chicago-based Monroe, Kaye was a managing director at Wells Fargo Capital Finance in its financial sponsor coverage group. He has over 17 years’ experience in commercial lending. He began his career with Ally Commercial Finance where he supported origination, underwriting and portfolio management efforts.
