NorthRock Partners Buys $350M Triumph Wealth Management
NorthRock Partners has purchased Wisconsin-based Triumph Wealth Management, which oversees $350 million in assets under management.
Triumph Wealth Management, founded in 2007 by CEO and president Nathan Brinkman, offers financial planning, investment management, tax solutions, estate planning and retirement planning.
Triumph Wealth Management has joined NorthRock’s Personal Office model, which provides investment strategies, insurance, legal, business services, and philanthropic planning.
The Triumph team includes three advisors and six other team members. The addition marks NorthRock’s fourth acquisition for the year.
As part of the transaction, Triumph will establish a NorthRock office in Madison, Wisconsin, and the Triumph team will add a team to NorthRock’s Milwaukee marketplace.
“Our business has always been personal,” Brinkman said. “We’ve spent years building relationships with clients and thinking about how we could give them the level of advice and coordination they really need. NorthRock gives us the opportunity to deliver on that vision much more fully.”
In April, NorthRock added Illinois-based Vantage Financial Partners, which oversees about $950 million in assets under management.
Minneapolis-based NorthRock Partners manages over $13.7 billion in assets for over 7,000 clients.
