Carson Group Fully Acquires $367M Wealth Practice in Ohio
Carson Group has fully acquired an Ohio-based wealth management practice that oversees more than $367 million in assets under management.
Elios Financial Group is led by managing partner and wealth advisor James Elios, and offers financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and portfolio management.
The team includes partner and wealth advisor Brandon Steinhagen and is supported by relationship and operations associate Grace Kereky and client experience advocate Colleen Novak.
As part of the transition, Elios Financial Group will become Carson Wealth’s 50th integrated office, with a presence in Westlake, Carson stated.
Additionally, the firm will adopt Carson Wealth’s branding and will operate under Carson Group as employees of the firm.
“Since founding Elios Financial Group, our mission has been to help families make wise financial decisions and feel confident about their future,” said Elios.
Elios also stated that his firm’s relationship with Carson initially started through its coaching and practice management program.
Carson Group’s latest addition comes shortly after the firm added Atlanta-based Yari Capital, which oversees $405 million in assets under management.
Omaha, NE-based Carson Group, founded in 1983, oversees more than $65 billion in assets across over 165 partner offices, the firm said.
