Measurabl, Inveniam Partner on Verifiable CRE Sustainability Data

Measurabl and Inveniam have formed a strategic partnership to help commercial real estate companies transform fragmented sustainability information into governed, traceable and artificial intelligence-ready data.

The agreement combines Measurabl’s sustainability platform, which tracks more than 28 billion square feet across 97 countries, with Inveniam’s document intelligence and verifiable data infrastructure. Inveniam’s technology is supported by more than 90 U.S. patents and tracks over $200 billion in credentialed private market assets.

The companies aim to improve data quality, reduce manual work, expand access to sustainability metrics and help customers benchmark asset and portfolio performance globally.

“This partnership with Inveniam is a direct response to what our customers told us,” Measurabl CEO Maureen Waters said. “By combining the strengths of our two platforms, we’re helping our customers transform fragmented sustainability information into trusted, secure and connected data.”

Inveniam’s document intelligence capability, developed with Docugami, will convert complex property documents into labeled, machine-readable information. Measurabl can then extract individual data points and cryptographically anchor evidence for each element to Inveniam’s permissioned NVNM blockchain.

The approach is intended to preserve data provenance, govern access and allow authorized users to trace information to its original source. Customers will retain ownership and control of their data.

Measurabl will integrate the verified information into its platform for analysis, benchmarking and regulatory reporting.

“The most valuable information in commercial real estate has always lived inside documents,” Inveniam Chairman and CEO Patrick O’Meara said.

The companies said trusted underlying data could help address concerns about using proprietary information with AI systems while supporting automation, operational improvements and investment decisions.
