Auben Realty Acquires Peach State Property Management, Expands Georgia Footprint
Auben Realty has acquired Peach State Property Management, a Metro Atlanta-based residential property management firm overseeing approximately 168 residential units, strengthening the company’s presence in one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing real estate markets.
The acquisition expands Auben’s Georgia operations while adding property management capabilities serving both single-family and multifamily property owners. Peach State Property Management provides leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection, tenant relations and property accounting services.
“Atlanta remains one of the Southeast’s strongest real estate markets, and we’re excited to welcome the owners, residents, and properties of Peach State Property Management to the Auben family,” said Tyson Schuetze, founder and chief executive officer of Auben Realty and Auben Capital Partners.
Former Peach State Property Management owner Royce Munn said the acquisition provides continuity for clients and employees while positioning the business for future growth.
“Working with Auben throughout this transaction was a great experience from start to finish,” Munn said. “Their professionalism and transparency gave me confidence that this was the right long-term home for our clients, residents and the team we built over the years.”
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
