Vital Capital Partners Closes $16M Medical DST in Central Texas
Vital Capital Partners has fully subscribed its Vital Capital Medical – Temple TX DST, raising approximately $16 million in equity from accredited investors through independent broker-dealer and registered investment adviser channels to finance a build-to-suit inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Central Texas. The offering, syndicated in late February 2026, reached full subscription in less than five months.
The investment consists of a six-acre property featuring a 38,817-square-foot inpatient rehabilitation hospital with 36 licensed beds. The facility is operated by a diversified healthcare system serving patients across 34 states, with a network that includes 68 community hospital campuses, more than 70 rehabilitation and behavioral health hospitals, and over 300 additional sites of care, including outpatient centers, acute rehabilitation units and post-acute care facilities.
“Standalone inpatient rehabilitation facilities are playing an increasingly important role as healthcare delivery evolves toward specialized settings designed to improve patient outcomes and proactively manage costs,” said Thùy Turner, co-founder and co-managing partner of Vital Capital Partners.
Launched in 2024, Vital Capital Partners specializes in healthcare real estate investments and said it plans to expand its presence in the sector through both Delaware Statutory Trust offerings and institutional fund structures.
