RBC Picks Up $1.6B FA Team from Stifel Financial
RBC Wealth Management has added a six-person team to its Dallas branch from Stifel Financial, Nicolaus & Company, where they previously oversaw nearly $1.6 billion in total client assets.
KPM Wealth Advisory Group includes managing directors Donald Kinsey, Travis Moss, and Matthew Pickett, financial associates Shawn Ezzo and Stephanie Mareth, and client associate Jacob Gross.
The team serves ultra-high-net-worth clients, with an emphasis on business owners, and offers credit and lending solutions and tax-aware strategies.
KPM Wealth Advisory Group had been with Stifel Financial for 10 years prior to moving to RBC.
“The KPM Wealth Advisory Group has built their practice on serving UHNW clients at the highest level, and RBC has the balance sheet and expertise to support that growth,” said Courtney Duphorne, Texas North complex director at RBC Wealth Management.
The team also joined RBC for its resources, credit and lending solutions, and its Echelon platform, RBC stated.
Recently, RBC Wealth’s vice chair, Tom Sagissor, who had been with the firm for over three decades, retired. Before serving as RBC’s vice chair for its wealth division, Sagissor served as RBC’s president for about nine years.
At the beginning of the year, RBC added Florham Park, NJ-based Rottenberg Wealth Management Group from UBS, where they oversaw about $400 million in total client assets.
RBC Wealth Management, a subsidiary of RBC Capital Markets, has about $310 billion for 511,871 accounts, according to its latest Form ADV updated on June 30.
