AI-native Wealth Manager Arca Exits Stealth with $64M

Arca, an AI-native wealth management firm that has operated in stealth since its founding, emerged publicly with $64 million in total funding and more than $1 billion in client assets already under management. General Catalyst led the $48.5 million Series A, with participation from Index Ventures and Venrock — which also led Arca’s earlier $15.5 million seed round.

The firm, which employs 28 people across wealth management, product, and engineering, is built around a model that combines human financial advisors with AI infrastructure designed to absorb the administrative work that typically consumes advisor time. The goal is to let advisors focus on client relationships and financial planning while the platform handles manual, repetitive tasks behind the scenes.

“Arca empowers our advisors to cultivate the level of client relationships and trust required to serve as capable and caring financial stewards, while eradicating the most cumbersome aspects of wealth management through our AI-native infrastructure,” said Rron Rexha, founder and CEO, Arca.

Rexha previously led product at Plaid, the financial data infrastructure company. Arca will use the new capital to grow its client base, expand its advisory team, and continue developing its platform and brand. The firm’s emergence reflects growing investor appetite for wealth management models that use AI to scale personalized advice without sacrificing the human relationships that remain central to high-net-worth client retention.
