Bluespring Wealth Acquires $450M Element Wealth Advisors

Bluespring Wealth has expanded its national advisory network with the acquisition of Element Wealth Advisors, a Kestra Financial-affiliated registered investment advisor based in Atlanta that oversees approximately $450 million in client assets.

The transaction marks Bluespring’s sixth announced acquisition of 2026 and continues the firm’s active growth strategy in the independent wealth management sector.

Founded and led by co-founders and managing partners Jeremy Reese and Todd Mitman, Element Wealth Advisors has built its practice around comprehensive financial planning and long-term client relationships. The firm will continue operating under its existing brand following the transaction.

“Our focus has always been on building meaningful relationships and delivering advice that puts our clients first,” Reese said. “Joining Bluespring allows us to grow thoughtfully while continuing to invest in our team and the client experience that defines us.”

Through the partnership, Element will gain access to Bluespring’s operational, strategic and technology resources while maintaining its leadership team and client-centric approach.

“Bluespring stood out because they know how to support growing firms without changing what makes them successful,” Mitman said. “That balance of resources and autonomy is exactly what we were looking for.”

Bluespring’s acquisition model focuses on partnering with growth-oriented advisory firms that want to preserve their culture, leadership structure and client relationships while benefiting from institutional support and scale.

“Element Wealth Advisors represents the type of firm we look to partner with because of the leadership, culture and long-term vision they have built,” said William Salmen, head of mergers and acquisitions at Bluespring Wealth.

Recent acquisitions include New Jersey-based Synthesis Wealth Planning at $1.1 billion in assets, Massachusetts-based SHP Financial with roughly $2.3 billion, and Pittsburgh-based Coghill Investment Strategies at about $600 million.

Launched by Kestra Financial in 2019, Bluespring received a majority investment from Stone Point Capital in 2024.
