Green Street Launches Infrastructure Intelligence Platform

Green Street has launched Green Street Infrastructure, a dedicated infrastructure intelligence platform designed to integrate infrastructure market data, analytics and research into the firm’s broader real assets ecosystem.

The platform combines infrastructure transaction and financing data, exclusive reporting from IJGlobal and Green Street’s infrastructure research capabilities to provide investors with a centralized source for infrastructure intelligence across both public and private markets.

Green Street Infrastructure includes a database tracking infrastructure transactions, financing activity and asset-level data intended to support investment decisions throughout the lifecycle of a deal. The platform also expands the firm’s infrastructure research coverage across 10 sectors, including data centers, towers, airports, railroads, toll roads, healthcare, senior housing, student housing, cold storage and contractors.

The launch follows Green Street’s acquisition of Insight Investment Research, a specialist global infrastructure research boutique, enabling the firm to expand transport sector coverage across airports, railroads, toll roads and contractors.

In addition, the platform offers infrastructure debt analytics designed to help clients evaluate debt funds, lending activity and issuance trends. The platform also tracks financing structures across infrastructure transactions through more than 70 data fields, including real-time league tables for lenders, arrangers and advisers.

Green Street Infrastructure further includes data on more than 4,500 infrastructure funds and nearly 2,000 limited partner profiles to support due diligence and investor analysis.

“We are giving our clients a single, trusted platform that connects infrastructure and commercial real estate intelligence with the depth, rigor, and independence the market demands,” said Jeffry Stuek Jr.
