Newmark Secures $830M Financing for 36-Asset Manufactured Housing Portfolio

Newmark Group, Inc. has arranged an $830 million portfolio financing on behalf of RHP Properties and an institutional capital partner for the acquisition and refinance of a 36-asset manufactured housing portfolio.

Newmark Co-President, global debt & structured finance Jordan Roeschlaub, VC Nick Scribani, Managing Director Chris Lozinak and Senior Associate Samuel Speciale secured the financing provided by Wells Fargo.

The portfolio is institutionally managed and consists of 8,340 manufactured housing pads across 36 predominantly four- to five-star, all-age communities with residential ownership exceeding 95% and physical occupancy above 99%.
