CoreWeave, Meta Expand AI Cloud Deal to $21B Through 2032

CoreWeave has expanded its long-term agreement with Meta Platforms to provide AI cloud capacity through December 2032, in a deal valued at approximately $21 billion.

The agreement builds on an existing partnership and will support Meta’s growing artificial intelligence initiatives, particularly in scaling inference workloads. The dedicated capacity will be deployed across multiple locations and will include early deployments of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform, underscoring the next phase of advanced AI infrastructure.

“This is another example that leading companies are choosing CoreWeave’s AI cloud to run their most demanding workloads,” said Michael Intrator.

The expanded deal follows a prior commitment from Meta of up to $14.2 billion through 2031, with an option to extend through 2032. The latest agreement reflects the rapid acceleration in demand for compute power as hyperscalers and technology firms invest heavily in AI model development and deployment.

CoreWeave has also been diversifying beyond its largest customer, Microsoft, as it builds a broader client base across the AI ecosystem. The company recently expanded its agreement with OpenAI by up to $6.5 billion to support advanced model training, bringing the total value of that contract to approximately $22.4 billion.
