Beacon Pointe Adds $1.2B New England RIA
Beacon Pointe Advisors has acquired The Financial Advisors, LLC, a $1.2 billion RIA based in Andover and Newburyport, Massachusetts, strengthening its presence in the New England market.
Founded in 1992, The Financial Advisors specializes in investment management, tax planning and retirement planning. The transaction closed on January 15, 2026, with Turkey Hill Management advising the seller.

The acquisition supports Beacon Pointe’s broader East Coast expansion and enhances delivery of its allWEALTH platform, which integrates investment advisory, financial planning and family office services.
With the addition, Beacon Pointe now oversees approximately $62 billion in client assets under advisement, supported by more than 750 team members across over 90 offices nationwide.
The deal follows Beacon Pointe’s earlier 2026 acquisition of Litman Gregory Wealth Management, a $2.7 billion RIA previously owned by iM Global Partner, underscoring the firm’s continued inorganic growth momentum.
