CW Advisors Pushes Westward With $849M Rovin Capital Deal

CW Advisors Pushed Westward with $849M Rovin Capital Deal

CW Advisors, LLC has acquired Rovin Capital, LLC, an RIA with offices in Lehi, UT, and Mesa, AZ, adding $849 million in assets under management and advisement and expanding CWA’s presence in the western U.S. Rovin will lead the firm’s focused growth strategy in the region. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“Like CWA, delivering a superior client experience is their top priority,” said Scott Dell’Orfano, CEO at CWA. “Their [Rovin] unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service along with their history of robust growth, make them a perfect complement to our firm.”

Following the acquisition, CWA now operates 23 offices nationwide, employs more than 160 professionals, and oversees more than $16 billion in assets under management. The Lehi office marks CWA’s first location in Utah, while the Mesa office becomes its second in Arizona.

Rovin is the second firm to join Boston-based CWA since its acquisition by Osaic in August 2025.
