Partners Group, BBVA AM Launch Evergreen Private Markets Fund 

Partners Group has entered a strategic partnership with Spain’s BBVA Asset Management to launch a bespoke evergreen private markets fund designed for BBVA’s private banking clients. 

The new vehicle, BBVA Open to Partners Group Mercados Privados IX, FIL, will invest exclusively in Partners Group-led transactions across private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure. Structured as an evergreen fund, it provides qualified investors with ongoing access to a diversified portfolio of private market opportunities traditionally limited to institutional investors. 

The collaboration follows Partners Group’s earlier agreement with Lincoln Financial to launch a private markets royalties fund and adds to a growing roster of retail partnerships with BlackRock, Deutsche Bank, Generali, and PGIM. 

Partners Group currently manages $52 billion globally across its private wealth platform and distributes its strategies through a network of over 130 intermediary partners.
