CREModels Launches GL-Powered Analytics Tool to Strengthen CRE Portfolio Insight 

CREModels has introduced Lighthouse, a new general-ledger–based analytics module within its cloud-based CRESuite platform, giving commercial real estate investors and asset managers a faster, more precise way to evaluate property and portfolio performance. 

The tool imports accounting data directly from the general ledger and uses AI to categorize thousands of line items, enabling users to spot variances, trace anomalies back to specific invoices, and quickly diagnose performance issues—without hours of manual data prep. 

“You can instantly identify the cause of any differences between budgeted and actual cash flows,” said Max Garbus, VP and Head of Product Management. “Property managers can drill down from portfolio-level categories to asset-level invoices in seconds.” 

Lighthouse expands CRESuite’s model library, which includes tools for underwriting, portfolio analysis, and asset management.
