FPSB Names New Global Leadership for 2026
The Financial Planning Standards Board Ltd. (FPSB) announced a new slate of global leadership appointments set to take effect in 2026. On April 1, 2026, Caroline Dabu will assume the role of Chairperson of the FPSB Board, succeeding Andrea Middel for a two-year term. Eunice Chan, a current FPSB Board member, will become Chairperson-Elect, also serving a two-year term.
Dabu, who brings more than 25 years of experience in wealth management, previously led wealth distribution and advisory services at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions. She now heads VSGS Advisory Services Inc., advising organizations on modern wealth delivery and go-to-market strategy.
FPSB also named two new global board members—Amyr Rocha Lima, Managing Director at Strategic Wealth Partners (U.K.), and Amy Richardson, Director of Advisory Services at TCI Wealth Advisors (U.S.)—both beginning three-year terms on April 1, 2026.
Additional elected leadership roles include Kirsty Scully as FPSB Council Chairperson, Tashia Batstone as Chairperson of the Chief Executives Committee, and Arun Thukral, Jasmine Fang, and Julie Seberras joining the Professional Standards Committee.
FPSB said the appointments reflect its commitment to advancing global professional standards in financial planning and ensuring diverse international representation across its governance bodies.
