Nuveen Launches Real Estate and Private Credit Strategies
Nuveen, a leading global asset manager with $1.3 trillion in assets under management, has expanded access to its $300 billion alternatives platform by introducing two new real estate and private credit strategies tailored for qualified individual investors in Europe and Asia.
The strategies will be distributed through select intermediary platforms and draw from Nuveen’s $142 billion global real estate and $80 billion private credit platforms, respectively:
Global Cities Real Estate Strategy – invests in commercial real estate properties across leading metropolitan markets, seeking to generate sustainable income and long-term growth from the world’s most dynamic urban economies.
European Private Credit Direct Lending Strategy – developed in partnership with Arcmont Asset Management, a leading European private debt firm, this strategy targets high-quality mid-market lending opportunities amid bank retrenchment and market consolidation across a diverse and underpenetrated region.
