Voya Financial Unveils WealthPath Platform to Enhance Advisor Capabilities

Voya Financial, Inc. has launched WealthPath, a next-generation platform developed in collaboration with Orion, designed to help advisors deliver integrated financial guidance and solutions that support clients from accumulation through retirement. By unifying financial planning, investment strategy execution, portfolio review, and relationship management, WealthPath aims to elevate the client experience through a holistic and collaborative service model.

The platform will play a central role in attracting and retaining top advisor talent by streamlining workflows and reinforcing a team-based approach to client service. Advisors in Voya’s Retirement Advisor Distribution (RAD) system and employee advisors in its Investor Channel will be the first to leverage WealthPath’s advanced capabilities, which provide highly personalized guidance at scale.

“WealthPath brings planning, investment strategy execution and portfolio review workflows into concentric circles, so that advisors can produce the strongest possible outcomes as fiduciaries to their clients, improve net new money and grow their portfolios,” said Jon Reilly, president of Voya Financial Advisors.

Voya emphasized the platform’s role in driving retention and engagement, noting that according to its survey, 48% of employed Americans are more likely to stay with their employer if offered access to a professional advisor to manage savings and investments. WealthPath, the company said, is designed to help advisors meet this demand while strengthening long-term relationships across its client base.
