Granite Islands Private Wealth Launches as $1B Independent Advisory Firm 

Granite Islands Private Wealth, LLC has officially launched as a new independent advisory firm, founded by long-time partners Charles Andriole and Robert DeLucca. The Guilford, CT-based firm brings together decades of wealth management experience and more than $1 billion in client assets from their work as The Andriole Group at Hightower and Merrill Lynch. 

The firm is structured as a fiduciary, planning-driven practice designed to deliver holistic financial advice tailored to the evolving needs of clients. Both Andriole and DeLucca emphasized their mission to protect client interests, align wealth strategies with long-term goals, and build lasting multi-generational relationships. “We’ve built Granite Islands around the principle that clients deserve highly personalized advice, objective insights, and access to the right opportunities at every stage of their financial journey,” said Andriole. 

Granite Islands has also expanded its leadership team to reinforce operational and advisory capabilities. Michele Arsenault joins as operations manager, while Lorenzo P. Gaudioso serves as wealth advisor and retirement plan advisor. 

To support its infrastructure and accelerate growth, Granite Islands has partnered with tru Independence, a platform for independent advisors. Tru Independence will provide compliance, technology, operations, and back-office support, enabling Granite Islands to focus its energy on serving clients.
