Blackstone Closes Record $5.5B Infrastructure Secondaries Fund 

Blackstone announced the final close of $5.5 billion for Strategic Partners Infrastructure IV L.P. and related vehicles, marking the largest infrastructure secondaries fund ever raised. The fund will target opportunities across one of the fastest-growing segments of the secondary market, leveraging Blackstone’s global scale and deep insights. 

Verdun Perry, global head of strategic partners, and Mark Bhupathi, head of strategic partners infrastructure, credited the breadth of the platform and investor confidence for the milestone. 

Founded in 2000, Blackstone Strategic Partners oversees $91 billion of capital under management.
