Holistic Wealth Advisors Launches as Fully Independent RIA With $350M in Assets 

Holistic Wealth Advisors (HWA) has officially launched as a fully independent, SEC-registered investment advisory firm, overseeing more than $350 million in client assets. Operating as a stand-alone RIA, HWA aims to enhance flexibility, control, and alignment with its long-term vision for serving clients. 

“This is a major milestone for our team and the families we serve,” said Stacy A. Clifford, president and founder of Holistic Wealth Advisors. “We’re now in full control of our firm’s future, with the ability to make decisions that directly benefit our clients.” 

The woman-founded and owned firm maintains offices in Clifton Park, NY, and Guilford, CT, serving individuals and families nationwide with a team of six financial advisors and seven support staff. 

To facilitate its transition to independence, HWA partnered with Ascendia Partners, which provided RIA formation, operational setup, compliance guidance, and succession planning. The firm also secured a strategic minority capital investment to bolster long-term growth, infrastructure, and client service capabilities. 

HWA will continue to use AssetMark as its core investment platform.
