Terravet REIT Lands $35M Preferred Equity Investment from Sculptor Diversified REIT
Terravet REIT, Inc., managed by Terravet Real Estate Solutions, has obtained a $35 million preferred equity investment from Sculptor Diversified REIT, an affiliate of Sculptor Capital Management, Inc. The proceeds were used to pay down debt, with KeyBanc Capital Markets acting as the sole placement agent for the transaction.

Across its funds and REIT entities, Terravet holds more than 150 properties, totaling over 1.5 million square feet across 35+ states.
