World Investment Advisors Unveils New Portfolio Management Platform
World Investment Advisors, LLC (World) introduced its World Managed Account Platform (WorldMAP), a new open-architecture, multi-custodial investment and portfolio management platform aimed at empowering financial advisors.
WorldMAP will feature a model program comprising strategies developed and overseen by World’s in-house investment team, under the leadership of CIO Nate Garrison. These proprietary models, branded as Cota Street, will launch with 10 strategies and over 50 models
The platform will also include automated and individualized tax management features, alongside the capability to customize models extensively for clients on a large scale. Advisors can also tap into models from external strategists and a diverse roster of separately managed account (SMA) managers
“The launch of WorldMAP is a revolutionary step for our wealth platform, indicative of the investments we are making to create an elevated experience for our advisors and their clients,” said Troy Hammond, CEO of World Investment Advisors.
World has appointed Lauren Yeaton Hunt as SVP of wealth platforms and partnerships to oversee the launch. Yeaton Hunt spent over a decade at LPL Financial in various SVP roles, followed by a stint as VP of product management at Fidelity. Most recently, she served as VP of product marketing at Vestmark.
The platform launch aligns with World’s ongoing expansion, driven in part by acquisitions under CEO Troy Hammond’s leadership. The firm, which manages $55 billion in assets for individuals and employer-sponsored retirement plans, rebranded from its original name, Pensionmark Financial Group, in July 2024.
