Connected Investors Launches Next-Gen Real Estate Investment Platform

Connected Investors, a digital real estate marketplace and investor resource hub, has launched an innovative artificial intelligence (AI)-powered platform designed to simplify the property acquisition and financing process for real estate investors.

The platform features proprietary predictive analytics and pioneering property-scoring tools, enabling real estate investors to evaluate and pinpoint high-potential investment properties. Additionally, it leverages AI and sophisticated analytics to integrate property data with consumer insights, transforming them into clear, actionable opportunities for investors.

“… our new platform gives investors greater insight into the market and individual properties, so they can find and close deals faster and with more confidence,” said Robert Karraa, president at Connected Investors.

According to Connected Investors, the new platform represents a substantial leap forward compared to other real estate investment tools available in the market. Its enhanced features and capabilities empower investors to uncover appealing off-market properties, target owners most inclined to sell, formulate compelling offers, and connect with lenders prepared to finance their transactions.

Among the recent upgrades is an enhanced BuyAbility Score, a proprietary tool that analyzes property, ownership, and financial data to rank properties according to the likelihood of owners selling. This allows investors to sharpen their acquisition strategy by zeroing in on the most promising prospects. Additionally, a new AI-driven comparable scoring feature assists investors in crafting competitive bids, minimizing the risk of overpaying for properties.

At present, the platform and its network are linking over 1.7 million real estate investors.
