King Street, Lumyna Debut Evergreen Private Credit Vehicle

King Street Capital Management, a NY-based global alternative asset manager with over $28 billion in assets, and Lumyna Investments, a Generali Group-owned platform specializing in alternative UCITS funds, announced the launch of a new evergreen private credit fund, Lumyna – King Street Credit Opportunities Fund, targeting opportunities in both public and private credit markets globally.

The Luxembourg-domiciled SICAV UCI Part II fund, features an opportunistic investment mandate that extends beyond conventional private credit strategies. It allocates capital across corporate and asset-based lending, dislocated public credit opportunities, and select distressed situations.

“We are proud to introduce a strategy that leverages our decades of experience identifying compelling opportunities across credit markets to address what we believe is a significant gap in the market for evergreen private credit solutions,” said Domenico Lia, partner at King Street.

King Street will serve as the investment manager, with Lumyna bringing its expertise as manufacturer and distributor for the fund.
