Arctos Expands into Real Estate, Real Assets
Arctos, a private investment firm based in Dallas, has announced the expansion of its Keystone strategy to include investments in real estate and real assets. This strategic move broadens the firm’s focus beyond its traditional expertise in investing in sports franchises (Arctos Sports) and other alternative assets managers (Arctos Keystone) and will be managed under Arctos Keystone Real Assets (AK-RA). The new entity will operate as a separate and distinct strategy from the existing Keystone Private Equity investment approach.
Four executives from Crow Holdings—Ira Shaw (partner), Gina Spiegel (partner), Greg Lombardi (managing director), and Robert DiGiovine (VP)—are joining a newly established team based in Boston. This group collectively offers expertise in direct real estate, secondaries, structured solutions, GP stakes equity, and preferred equity.
“Amid broad market dislocation, investors are reassessing their allocations and looking for non-traditional opportunities to drive returns,” said Spiegel. “Our approach seeks to deliver on this objective by providing access to high quality assets, while solving the liquidity and growth challenges faced by real assets sponsors, operators, and developers.
