SolaREIT Upsizes Credit Facility to $60M

SolaREIT, a real estate investment firm focused on solar and battery storage, has boosted its revolving credit facility to $60 million, with Atlantic Union Bank increasing its commitment and syndicating to EagleBank. This is the third expansion in under two years, with Atlantic Union Bank acting as the sole book runner and administrative agent.

The expanded facility will equip SolaREIT with additional capital to address rising demand from solar and battery storage developers. The company provides creative financing options to optimize real estate assets for developers and landowners while advancing clean energy projects.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Atlantic Union Bank and EagleBank to provide financing solutions to clean energy developers. This expanded facility demonstrates the financial community’s confidence in our business model and team,” said Laura Klein, CFO of SolaREIT.
