Wireless Realty Advisors Closes $120M WRA Fund III
Wireless Realty Advisors, LLC (WRA) has successfully closed its $120 million WRA Fund III LLC. This represents their fifth equity collaboration with private equity firm Peppertree Capital Management. The fund will continue to focus on acquiring wireless real estate assets across the U.S.
Alongside the fund closing, WRA revealed that James Huth has been elevated to the role of President. The firm is also bolstering its leadership roster by bringing on Jeff Pasternak as VP of acquisitions. Pasternak joins with more than two decades of expertise in telecommunications and real estate. Before WRA, he was director of national real estate business development at Crown Castle, where he spearheaded the acquisition and growth strategy for wireless infrastructure assets across the U.S.
“As we start 2025, WRA continues to build momentum in the wireless infrastructure acquisitions market,” says Tom Remillard, founder and CEO of Wireless Realty Advisors. “We will continue to develop long-standing relationships with the thousands of cell site owners in our database and strengthen ties with vendors and managers in the marketplace.”
