Former UBS Advisor with $200M Book Heads to Sanctuary
Sanctuary Wealth, a firm that provides financial advisors with an independent platform, has added a former UBS wealth advisor managing $200 million in client assets to its network.
NewSpring Wealth Partners was founded by Kristin Larson, who spent nine years at UBS, most recently as SVP, wealth management and financial advisor with the Carlson Larson Wealth Management group. Prior to UBS, she served in various planning and client service roles at Wells Fargo Advisors and Ameriprise.
“As the great wealth transfer continues, women will gain even greater control over the nation’s finances, and many will look to accomplished women like Kristin to manage their assets and achieve their financial goals,” said Adam Malamed, CEO of Sanctuary Wealth.
In January, Sanctuary announced the addition of $700 million Hillguard Wealth Management as its latest global partner firm. Prior to that, the firm welcomed TOVA Wealth, a practice with over $400 million in client assets that broke away from Merrill Lynch Wealth Management to go independent.
The Sanctuary Wealth network includes over 120 partner firms in 30 states, with approximately $50 billion in assets on platform. Kennedy Lewis Investment Management, a New York private credit manager, and Azimut Group, an Italian asset manager, both back the firm.
