
Fifth Wall Expands into Broker-Dealer Business
Fifth Wall announced the launch of Fifth Wall Securities, a registered broker-dealer that will focus on advisory services from mergers & acquisitions to capital raising, including private placements, PropCo financing and capital markets.

The firm has more than 150 portfolio companies through engagements with its over 110 strategic LPs. Since the firm’s inception in Los Angeles in 2016 and now headquartered in NY, it has helped to raise over $670 million across its portfolio and formed 36 SPVs for its portfolio companies.
Jeremy Fox will serve as CEO of Fifth Wall Securities in addition to his role as co-president of Fifth Wall.
Most recently, Fifth Wall Securities served as an advisor to Industrious, a Fifth Wall portfolio company, in its sale to CBRE announced on January 14.
