Mill Green Capital Partners with Prosper Multifamily
Mill Green Capital (MGC) has formed a partnership with Prosper Multifamily. Prosper focuses on preferred equity investments in ground-up multifamily developments and common equity investments in Class A multifamily communities around the Southeast.
Jeff Sherman and Stuart Coleman, founders of Prosper, will largely focus on underwriting new investments for MGC and managing existing investments. Greg Fox and Brian Grasso will remain MGC’s CEO and CFO, respectively. Fox will remain the majority owner and manager. Sherman and Coleman will continue to serve as principals in Prosper.
“We are excited to announce the addition of Jeff and Stuart to our company,” said Fox. “Their addition significantly enhances the depth of our investment process and asset management capabilities.”
MGC and its predecessor, Mill Green Partners, collectively referred to as Mill Green, are the sponsors of the Mill Green Opportunity Fund series, which primarily invests in Class A multifamily development projects in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic with a select group of development partners.
Mill Green recently celebrated its 10th anniversary as a company and has raised over $500 million in capital.
